This 12-year-old single malt is carefully crafted to showcase the perfect harmony between the classic Dalmore house style and the depth and complexity brought by sherry cask maturation.

The whisky begins its journey with maturation in American white oak ex-bourbon casks for approximately 10 years, establishing a smooth foundation of vanilla, toffee, and subtle oak spice. It is then fully finished in specially selected sherry casks, created in collaboration with seasoned sherry bodegas, using a bespoke mix of aged Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherries. This secondary maturation imparts deep, rich fruit notes and enhances the natural warmth and complexity of the spirit.
