Description

Aged in French and American barrels for 8 months, then another 6 months in bottle. The wine is called Due Lune because Nero d´Avola is harvested first and passes a lunar cycle to harvest Nerello. Harvesting, destemming and alcoholic fermentation with controlled temperature.
